Barbecued Miniature Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1 envelope French's potatoes pancake mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Barbecue Sauce *

Preparation

Combine eggs, water and contents of pancake mix envelope.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add beef; mix lightly.
Shape small meatballs, using about 1 rounded teaspoonful for each.
Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until done.
