Mound Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. coconut
    3/4 c. Karo syrup
    Almond flavoring (to taste)
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    Paraffin wax
Preparation
    Heat Karo syrup and almond flavoring until runny. Mix in coconut. Let cool completely. Shape into balls. Place on wax paper and refrigerate. Melt chocolate chips with small amount of paraffin wax. Dip coconut balls to coat. Place on wax paper until set.
