Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can Bing cherries, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pears, quartered and drained
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. light rum
1 tsp. orange rind (zest), grated
Preparation

Arrange fruit in an oiled foil pan.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Fold heavy-duty foil tightly around pan.
Grill over moderately hot coals for 15 minutes or until fruit is hot.
