Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. nonfat milk
2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Spray pan with Pam and cook to desired doneness.
More milk may be added for thinner pancake batter.
