Chopped Dipped Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. (2 sq., 1 oz. each) or 1/3 c. chocolate pieces (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
    1 tsp. shortening
    1 bunch (3/4 lb.) seedless green grapes, washed, dried and cut in clusters of 2 with stems joined
Preparation
    In an 8 ounce custard cup melt chocolate and shortening in a saucepan of hot water; stir until smooth.
    Dip grape clusters in chocolate to coat to within 1/2 inch from stems.
    Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet or tray.
    Chill until chocolate is firm. Makes 30 clusters.
