Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 can condensed onion soup
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup soup with meat, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 oval patties.
    Brown patties in skillet. Pour off grease.
    Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.
    Add to remaining ingredients; pour over patties.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Stir sauce occasionally.
