Baked Pineapple With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 3 Tbsp. to use later in recipe)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Add grated cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine butter with Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
