Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 C. water
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 or 23 round buttery crackers, such as Ritz
5 Tbsp. flour
1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. butter
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Preparation

Combine water, 1 1/2 C. sugar, and the cream of tartar in a pot.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add crackers, do not stir.
Boil 2 minutes.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
