Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten (save whites)
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour, then add milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook until thick and pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and put on top.
Sprinkle with coconut and brown in oven.
