Cyclone Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lb. chuck, trimmed and cubed
3 onions, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
20 Serrano peppers
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 (No. 10) can tomatillos (including liquid)
1/3 c. cumin
3 Tbsp. coriander
1 Tbsp. black pepper
3 (60 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 (10 oz.) cans consomme
Preparation

Cook meat, onions, peppers and garlic until meat turns gray. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 to 4 hours.
Add water if necessary.
Let cool.
Reheat and serve with chopped onions and shredded Cheddar cheese for toppings.
