Peanut Butter And Jelly Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in margarine and peanut butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in egg whites, mixing until flour is moistened. Press 1/2 of dough into greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread jelly over dough. Crumble remaining dough over jelly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crumbs are firm and dry. Cool. Cut into bars. Freezes well.
