Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    rosemary to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder
    garlic cloves
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes into quarters (about 1 1/2 potatoes per person). Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder, then dribble the olive oil over potatoes and shake pan to coat potatoes.
    Place pan in a 500\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 450\u00b0 and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    About 5 minutes before potatoes are finished cooking, place sliced garlic in pan. Serve hot.
