Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    1-2 lbs. Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 Green peppers (Cut in strips)
    2 C. Mushrooms (Cut)
    1 c. Celery, chopped
    1/2 c. Red Onion (Sliced)
    2 tsp. Oregano
    2 tsp. Sweet Basil
    1/4 c. Parsley (Fresh is best if possible)
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
    Red Pepper is good if a little spice is desired
    28 oz. Can Whole Tomatoes (Cut)
    6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
Preparation
    1. In a large deep skillet brown chicken and the first
    4 cloves of garlic in the olive oil, then remove
    chicken.
    2. Add the last 2 cloves of garlic, peppers, mushrooms,
    celery, onion, oregano, sweet basil, parsley, salt,
    pepper, and red pepper (if desired), then brown.
    3. Add the whole tomatoes, paste, and chicken. Bring to a
    vigorous simmer.
