Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed salted pretzels
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 container frozen whipped topping
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Pat in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Let cool. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and then add thawed whipped topping.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add strawberries.
    Mix well and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until firm.
