Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 small onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Bake in buttered casserole dish for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
