Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne on top
Preparation
    Thaw 2 pie shells and put cheese in bottom, then bacon.
    Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper and pour on top.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake on cookie sheet 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until set. Let stand 10 minutes or cover and heat later.
    Freezes nicely.
