Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2-inch thick lamb chops
1 stick butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
seasoning salt
Preparation

Melt butter; add vinegar and sprinkle of garlic powder.
Pour over lamb chops.
Sear under broiler only until brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoning salt on both sides.
If necessary, transfer to a baking pan.
Add enough water in bottom of pan to avoid sticking.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serve with mint jelly.
