Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. shortening
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended.
    Put in refrigerator.
    When ready to eat, place by spoonful in well-greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator, covered.
