Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded lettuce
    1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 large sweet onion, sliced into rings
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Use a container that will be airtight when covered.
    Layer lettuce, cauliflower and onion.
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon over vegetables.
    Sprinkle sugar over bacon.
    Spread mayonnaise to cover top.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Toss and serve immediately.
