Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Potato Buds mashed potatoes (dry)
Preparation
    Heat milk, onion, butter, salt, celery salt and pepper to scalding in 3-quart saucepan.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    Sprinkle each serving with paprika and snipped parsley, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
