Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 soft corn tortillas
16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in cooking oil; add green chilies, cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, salt and pepper.
Layer tortillas and meat sauce in greased baking pan. Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
