Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. corn relish
1/2 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

In a bowl, stir together relish, beans, radishes, lime juice and cumin. Let stand, covered for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
