Peach Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Process peaches in food processor or blender until smooth. Combine peaches and honey in saucepan.
    Mix cornstarch, lemon juice and water.
    Add to peaches; heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in extract.
    Use over ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
    Makes 2 cups.
