Peggy'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Sift into mixture all dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    When done, push down with spatula.
