Layer Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
8 egg whites
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add baking powder to flour and sift.
Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Beat egg whites and stir into mixture only long enough to mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Do not preheat oven.
