White Squash Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. white squash, peeled, seeded and cooked
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour (more if needed to thicken)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook squash
    until
    tender
    enough to mash.
    Add sugar, lemon flavor, vanilla, eggs, flour, margarine and milk.
    Blend together well.
    Pour into
    unbaked
    pie shell.
    This is enough for 3 pies. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    35
    to 40 minutes.
    Use 9-inch pie pan.
