Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or use fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain well. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add cheese to hot mixture to melt. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
