Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini squash
    yellow summer squash
    eggplant
    plum tomatoes
    red peppers
    green peppers
    yellow peppers
    orange peppers
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse and dry vegetables.
    Slice squash and eggplant about 1/2-inch thick.
    Halve tomatoes lengthwise.
    Cut peppers into strips.
    Rub vegetables with olive oil and lightly salt and pepper.
    Grill about 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
