German Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cubed green tomatoes
1 c. cubed squash
1 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. thinly sliced okra
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Toss all vegetables with equal amount of flour and meal.
Fry as you would fry okra, using half shortening and half butter.
