Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
    6 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    12 slices bread, buttered and crust removed and cubed
    18 oz. cheese, cubed (6 oz. each: Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt, milk, dry mustard and 2/3 of the crumbled bacon in bowl.
    Alternate layers of bread cubes, cheese cubes and egg mixture in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning, put 1/2 of the crumbled bacon on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
    Great for Christmas morning!
