Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans and juice
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans (chopped)
    4 whole eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 sticks margarine (melted)
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Cook beans and mash along with juice.
    Mix all together, beating well.
    Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300 degrees.
