Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, chopped
    2 lb. (1-inch) venison cubes
    1 c. beef consomme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine carrots, potatoes, venison, consomme, salt, onion flakes, celery and mushrooms in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
