German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, pepper and onion.
    Put in large bowl and cover with sugar.
    Heat vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and celery seed to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Pack in jars and chill.
    Keeps for 2 weeks.
