Caramel Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (9 oz.) boxes Ritz Bits
1 c. or more dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Combine crackers and nuts in a greased shallow baking pan.
In a saucepan, bring butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
