Layered Enchilada Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
6 tortillas
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat.
Mix all together except cheese.
Layer the mixture and cheese between 6 lightly buttered tortillas. Alternate tortilla, meat and cheese.
Save 1/2 cup cheese for top. Add 2/3 cup water around sides.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
