Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drain, bone and flake
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and place in the refrigerator for several hours.
    Remove from refrigerator, shape into a ball and roll in a mixture of 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 3 tablespoons parsley and 2 cups diced, cooked bacon.
