Rice And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    3 cubes chicken bouillon
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon and butter in water.
    Add lemon juice, pepper, salt and rice and cook in double boiler for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick butter and add it and the sour cream to the rice.
