Microwave Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 chicken, cut up
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Preparation

In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex baking dish, toss together stuffing mix, celery, onion, egg and broth.
Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine.
Place on top of dressing with meaty pieces to outside edge of dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 18 to 22 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
