Chicken Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. regular rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 pkg. (1 3/8 oz.) dry onion soup mix (optional)
Preparation
    Arrange rice in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Combine the 2 soups and milk in saucepan.
    Heat.
    Pour over rice and mix.
    Arrange chicken over top.
    Sprinkle onion soup on if desired.
    Cover. Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
