Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash, sliced
    2 c. chopped onions
    4 bell peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix squash, onions and peppers. Place in flat pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and let stand at least 1 hour.
