Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. parsley
    chopped onion or scallions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Defrost.
    Drain spinach.
    Dry.
    Mix all ingredients together and add scallions, salt and pepper.
    Cut out center of round loaf of bread and put it in the center.
    Cut or break bread to dip in the spinach.
