Marilyn'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) brisket
    1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Soak brisket in marinade for 24 hours.
    Bake in ungreased shallow pan, covered for 4 or 5 hours in 300\u00b0 oven or until tender.
    Slice thinly and put back in marinade and bake 1 hour longer.
