Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pared and sliced tart apples (preferably Granny Smith)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mound apples in a buttered pie plate or casserole.
Sprinkle with orange juice.
