Noodles Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Stir margarine into hot noodles.
    Stir in sour cream mixture.
    Arrange in dish or platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 8 servings.
