Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
2 or 3 medium size onions, sliced into rings
1 clove garlic
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour over peeled, hard-cooked eggs and let stand two or three days before ready to serve.
Really good.
