Tossed Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10-oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, torn
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, bacon, celery, cheese, eggs and onions. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yields 12 servings.
