Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
pinch of salt
Preparation

Whip cream stiff.
Add salt and slowly add sugar.
Sift flour and baking powder together; add alternately with water to whipped cream mixture.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites and flavoring.
Bake in layers at 375\u00b0.
Put layers together with your favorite vanilla, coconut or lemon filling.
Frost with Angel Icing.
