Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli (can use fresh broccoli)
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. half and half
Preparation

Cook broccoli in water; drain water.
Put milk, cheese and flour in blender.
Add mixture to broccoli.
Add cream.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until mixture thickens.
