Fried Rice And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 slice ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 c. cooked rice
4 scallions, chopped
2 c. diced cooked meat (use ham, chicken, pork, shrimp, steak, whatever)
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
Preparation

Place eggs, pepper and soy sauce in small bowl.
Stir slightly and set aside.
Heat wok or pan hot and dry.
Add oil.
Brown garlic and ginger slightly, then add rice.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring to break up lumps.
Add meat and vegetables.
Fry and stir constantly until thoroughly heated.
Add the egg mixture while stirring rice so it will cover as much as possible.
Stir constantly while cooking until egg mixture begins to firm, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
