Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Press on bottom and 1 1/2-inch up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
